5. Deposit & Payment

A non-returnable deposit of £30 is required, or the cost of your holiday if this is lower. The balance will be payable on arrival (except during summer peak season). For holidays during July and August the full balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival, please note that no refunds will be given after this date. You are advised to take out travel insurance to protect your payment in the event of cancellation.

Please note we accept caravans up to a maximum lenth of 24 feet (7.3m) Caravans must be towed by a private car. We do not accept vans or commercial vehicles.

We will contact you by telephone to obtain payment of your deposit and confirm your booking.

Reservation

Subject to availability at the time we receive your booking form and deposit, your booking will be reserved and a confirmation will be sent to you showing the date(s) reserved, the deposit paid and details of when to pay the balance.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation deposits are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the Park, whether booked or not, or to ask anyone to leave. Guests asked to leave the site are not entitled to a refund.

Bookings are accepted for single sex groups by prior arrangement only.

Access Barriers

A £10 deposit is required upon arrival for each vehicle for a barrier access card. This will enable you to enter the Park between 7am and 11pm or exit the Park at any time.

Damage to Facilities

The facilities provided at Green Hill Farm Caravan & Camping Park are for everyone's enjoyment. The person named on this booking form is responsiblefor all members of their party and will be charged the full cost of replacing or making good any damage caused by any member of their party.

Liability

Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us for your booking.

Law

Acceptance by us of this booking consitutes a contract and is subject to the laws of England.

Problems/Complaints

You will report to us without delay any defects or breakdown in the equipment or appliances of the property. Arrangements for repair or replacement will be made as soon as possible.

Undertaking

By sending this form I confirm I am the person named above and have full authority of all members of my party.
